London, UK A Fedora UK and Ireland User Group Meeting will be held in Dublin, Ireland to coincide with the Seventh International JISC/CNI Conference scheduled for July 2008 in Belfast.

Ithaca, NY Over thirty Fedora Commons speakers will present their work in main conference sessions and during “Fedora Day” at the upcoming Open Repositories Conference 2008 to be held in Southampton, UK April 1-4 2008. The Fedora Day Program Committee chaired by Richard Green, Manager, RIDIR, REMAP and RepoMMan Projects, e-SIG, Academic Services, University of Hull, has selected presentations focused on case studies, preservation and management, architecture, datasets.

Ithaca, NY The 17th Annual JA (Java Architectures)-SIG Conference will focus on “Higher Education solutions: The Community Source Way” with CAS, DSpace, Fedora Commons, Fluid, Kuali, Internet2, Sakai, and uPortal jointly planning the program. The conference will be held in Saint Paul, Minnesota April 27-30, 2008.
