DuraCloud Video Pilot Kick-Off Meeting

Cambridge, MA On August 4, 2011, the DuraCloud team kicked off the DuraCloud Video Pilot Project with a one day meeting with pilot institutions the Massachusettes Institute of Technology (MIT) and WGBH Boston. The goal of the DuraCloud Video Pilot is to have a robust video offering embedded in the DuraCloud platform that will be available to the public through the DuraCloud service.

Ithaca, NY The DuraSpace organization announced today the release of production-ready DuraCloud 1.0. This release focuses on reporting and integrations with popular DSpace and Fedora repositories. Since 2010, DuraCloud open source software has been available to a community of partners and committers who have provided feedback and testing to ensure that DuraCloud 1.0 is ready to be part of your workflow. DuraCloud is also available as a managed service.
